Dial location handling
Adding a new dial location
in the windows editor is reflected in OOIDA ISP locations drop down,
however, changing between two different dial either in OOIDA ISP or
in the windows editor does not update the settings shown on the other
application. The Connection Manager uses the default dial location
selected by the user for OOIDA ISP and not for the system.
