Sometimes the text for OOIDA ISP shortcut is repeated right after installation. Selecting the icon will remove the doubled text. This is an OS bug that occurs on Windows 2000 and XP. If OOIDA ISP has been installed by an Administrative user and a user with limited permissions logs on to the system, the limited user may receive a message at startup stating that OOIDA ISP was improperly installed or that they do not have sufficient privileges to run OOIDA ISP. To prevent this message, the Administrator can increase the user's account privileges or they do the following:
Window appears to be too big for content This can occur on Windows XP when the user changes themes. Upon reboot, the sizing will be corrected Page Disrupted while working offline If the user is working offline, the post-connect URL may open in that window, disrupting any work or game in progress. To avoid this, the user must have Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, and select the Advanced tab in Internet Options. In the Browsing section, the user must uncheck the "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" option and check Apply and OK to exit Back to General Troubleshooting
