How do I use the Address Book |
| To set up your address book, open Outlook Express,
click on Tools and then Address Book
To enter in an email for your address book, click on the New button Select New Contact Enter the name and e-mail information about the contact here and click on the Add button. This will add the persons e-mail address to your Address Book. To add another, enter the information and click Add. Once finished, click OK How to insert an email address from your address book Open up the window to compose a new email. To insert an email from your address book, click on To: (has what looks like a small book next to it) Select the email address you want to send to and click the To button. This will add the email address in the white box next to the "To". Click OK. This will add the email address to the To: field for the new message that you are composing. Finish writing your email and when finished, click send. |
