I keep getting disconnected when I send or receive my email |
| This is caused by a setting in Outlook Express
telling your connection to hang up after you send or receive your
email. To stop this from happening, Open Outlook Express and click
on Tools and then select Options
Click on the Connections Tab
Make sure that "Hang up after sending and receiving" does not have a check mark in it. If it does, remove this check mark by clicking on it and then click OK. This should stop you from getting disconnected every time you send or receive your email
