Setting up Outlook

To create a new email account.  Click on Tools and then select Accounts

Click on accounts to create a new email account.

Click on the Mail tab

Select Mail

Enter in the Display name that the customer wants to show up in the From field when they send out their emails. This will identify who the email is from

Enter in the full email address and click Next.  Example: username@ooidaisp.com

Make sure that "My incoming mail server is a" is set to POP3.  In the Incoming mail (POP3) enter in pop.ooidaisp.com.  In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) enter in smtp.ooidaisp.com and click Next

Enter in the Account name (which will be the full email address: username@ooidaisp.com) and the password

Select "I will establish my Internet connection manually" and click Next

Click Finish.  This will finish creating your email account
