PowerNet Global does not disclose customer information
to third parties. In some instances, where PowerNet
Global is engaged with a trusted partner in a joint
promotion, PowerNet Global may provide its partner
with certain information such as the name, address and
username of Subscribers for the sole purpose of
assessing the results of the promotion. The partner
will be bound by this Privacy Policy just as PowerNet
Global is and will not use the information for any
other purpose. PowerNet Global may also share
nonidentifying aggregate information (for example the
number of PowerNet Global Subscribers but not their
names or addresses).

or services directly from PowerNet Global, we use any
personal information collected to process and fill
your order. We do not share such information with
outside parties except as described above.

control. While we make every effort to ensure the
